Project Coordinator

Description

Process incoming orders including order acknowledgement and launching purchase orders and work orders to production.

Order serialized inventory and receive and order items on quotations for specialized items or accessories for the projects.

Assist with team decision making when required.

Manage reporting for serialized inventory and open work order aging

Assist with ECO processing and maintenance of bills of materials for production.

Attend ECO update meetings as required.

Coordinate the assistance of the cross functional groups to determine part substitution and simple configuration questions.

Assist in coordinating sales support activities with Inside sales engineers including assistance with parts cost pricing for quotes and coordination of orders which coincides with customer quote/order.

Communicate and interface with customers to insure timely delivery of equipment.

Review work orders prior to close and make disposition of work order items for follow-up by the appropriate team or individual.

Review team measures for on time delivery, order processing, etc.

Qualifications

Functional/Technical

Working knowledge of Microsoft office products.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

Associate degree or equivalent in a related area or one or more year related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of both.
