Key Responsibilities:

DUTIES:

  • PerformEnterprise Analysis and liaise between business and technology to translatetactical and strategic objectives into workable solutions and coordinate theremediation of deficiencies.

  • Workwith application and technical experts on the solution design, implementation,support, maintenance and enhancement of the information systems.

  • Leadand conduct solutions assessment and validation to ensure that functional andtechnical specifications meet the identified business needs within theorganization or across organizations.

  • Reviewstest plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and participate in testingthe solutions to ensure that it meets functional and non-functionalrequirements.

  • Planthe Business Analysis Approach to define system scopes and requirements andmanage changes to the project scope or deliverables.

  • Escalatehighly complex issues to subject matter experts.

  • Prioritizerequirements based on their relative value, risk, difficulty of implementation,urgency, likelihood of success, and regulatory compliance by reviewingRequirements Analysis and making recommendations.

  • Articulatewhat constitutes business success for a given initiative.

  • Developrequirements documents, user documentation, manuals, training materials, andjob aids.

  • Reviewtest plans and Six Sigma DMAIC testing methodology to mitigate risks and toensure the systems meet functional and performance requirements.

  • Applytechnical risk assessment knowledge to mitigate risk and ensure the systemsmeet functional and performance requirements, assist in troubleshooting complexproblems. Prioritize business and enterprise demands through RequirementsManagement and Communication.

  • Outlinethe business reason the initiative is being undertaken, guidelines that are inoperations for the initiative, the domain of the solution, and any importantcontest surrounding the effort (including risks, constraints, and assumptions)by performing Solution Definition processes and procedures.

  • Performcomplex capacity planning and monitoring in multiple business and informationtechnology functions.

  • Analyzeinternal information technology capacity, vendor capabilities, and businessprocesses to suggest improvements, propose automation, and streamline businessintelligence and decision processes.

Experience and Education:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Positionsrequire a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information or Computer Systems,Information Technology, or related field and one years of experience as aSenior IT Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or related position.

JOB SITE: Columbus, IN

WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation. Base salary commensurate with experience plus bonus.
