Cummins is looking for an extraordinary Parts & Service Support Representative based out of our Charlotte, NC Dealer Call Center location. We take pride in providing an unmatched high caliber of service and support for Cummins engines, generators, filters, and related products that serve the varied needs of our customers. Crucial to accomplishing this is the energy and commitment of Cummins employees to the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide parts and technical support to Dealers andEnd-users

  • Assist customerswith renewing and initial sign-up for Cummins Insite, QSOL (Quick Serve Online)and various other service related applications

  • Answer incomingcalls to Dealer Call Center from various Dealers and End-users

  • Place partsorders via our in-house ordering system for various Dealers and End-Users

  • Use Cumminson-line system to check existing orders, parts availability and pricing

  • Provide supportfor US Government sales

  • Researching andresolving order discrepancies

  • Process creditcard orders over the phone via our in-house system

Qualifications

ExperienceRequirements

  • 1-3 yearsexperience in Customer Service

  • Diesel Engineand Parts knowledge required

  • Strongcommunication skills

  • Excellentcomputer skills, Oracle-based experience preferred

  • Valid Driver’sLicense

EducationRequirements

  • High SchoolDiploma or equivalent

  • Some Collegepreferred

Skills andAbilities

  • Call Centerexperience preferred

  • Parts andService experience preferred
